Responsibilities
Provide autonomous nursing care to patients with cardiac and cardiovascular diseases, respiratory, neurological, renal, and metabolic disorders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage multiple levels of information and responsibilities
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
RN license issued by the State of California
BLS and ACLS certifications at time of hire
Minimum one year of recent acute care RN experience at the Telemetry level of care or higher acuity
Preferred Qualifications
BSN
Experience working in a Magnet designated organization
Work Environment
