**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Addiction Recovery Specialist to join our team as a Recovery Housing Program Coordinator. This role will play a critical part in supporting individuals in recovery by providing guidance, resources, and ongoing support.

About the Role

The Recovery Housing Program Coordinator will work closely with residents, staff, and community partners to address housing needs and any challenges to recovery. You will be responsible for coordinating case management services, helping residents access safe and supportive housing, and assisting with progress toward recovery and treatment goals.

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of addiction treatment principles and excellent communication skills. As a Recovery Housing Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome new residents into the home and provide clear explanations of program rules and expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information sharing between the housing program and external service providers.
  • Lead weekly meetings with residents to discuss challenges, share information, foster a sense of community, and review their recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with housing program staff to maintain a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Be available to residents who need additional support or have questions.
  • Assist with medication counts, as needed.
  • Support residents in planning and preparing for their transition to independent living or other suitable housing options.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating prosocial behavior and recovery principles in daily interactions.
  • Transport residents, travel between multiple locations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • CDCA certification required.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen.
  • Age 25 years or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $19.25 - $24.69 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, LBHS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Location and Schedule

This role is located at 924 N Cable Rd, Lima, OH 45805. The schedule for this position is Saturday - Wednesday 7am - 3pm or Wednesday - Sunday 8am - 4:30pm, with flexibility to accommodate business needs.
