Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead our electronics-based activities, driving the development of our first-generation product and contributing to the growth of our company.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee all internal electronics engineering development work, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful diagnostic products globally. Your expertise in electronics product development, including PCB design, low- and high-volume manufacturing techniques, and embedded software development, will be instrumental in bringing our vision to life.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in signal processing, data analysis, and algorithm development, as well as experience working in regulated industries such as medical devices. You will be responsible for managing product requirements, developing risk management documents, and implementing mitigation plans to ensure compliance with ISO13485/ISO9001 standards.

In this role, you will also contribute to our startup product development roadmap and technology portfolio, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of electronics subsystems and their integration into our products
  • Develop electrical sensing platforms and embedded software solutions
  • Manage product requirements, specifications, and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering with 7+ years' applicable industry experience
  • Strong skills in electronics product development, including PCB design, low- and high-volume manufacturing techniques, and embedded software development
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as medical devices and compliance with ISO13485/ISO9001 standards
  • Experience in signal processing, data analysis, and algorithm development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functional areas

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
