Marketing and Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Event Coordinator to join our team at Hops Ops LLC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and event coordination, with a proven track record of successfully promoting hop products.

The Marketing and Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing strategies and events to promote our hop products.

This includes:

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans to promote our hop products
  • Coordinating and executing events to promote our hop products
  • Maintaining brand continuity across all marketing resources
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure that our products are effectively marketed and promoted to our target audience
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the hops industry
  • Reviewing market research to identify trends and opportunities in the hops industry
  • Managing website and social media accounts and reviewing content to promote our hop products
  • Coordinating the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Managing marketing and event projects through a project management tool

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
  • 12 years of experience in marketing and event coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the hops industry is a preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

The working environment is a professional office environment. Critical features of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

This is a full-time position, and business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Longer hours, evenings, and weekend work will be necessary on occasion.
