Are you a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a challenging and rewarding career in long-term care? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced LPN to join our team as a LPN - LTC-LPN Healthcare Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years recent LPN experience in long-term care
BCLS certification
