About Us

Invited, the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide, is seeking a dynamic leader to drive revenue growth and enhance member experiences at our exclusive clubs.

The Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, event management, or customer relations to lead our Member Experience Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing strategies that drive revenue and club usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Member Experience team to deliver exceptional service and exceed member expectations.
  • Develop and execute programming strategies to increase participation and engagement among members.
  • Collaborate with department heads to drive revenue growth across all club departments.
  • Design and implement events, experiences, and communications that foster member loyalty and retention.
  • Analyze data and feedback to inform future strategies and improve member satisfaction.

About You

  • Experience in hospitality, event management, marketing, or customer relations with a proven track record of driving revenue and improving member satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in leading teams or projects to successful outcomes is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in multiple systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high energy and outgoing personality.

What We Offer

A competitive salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, 401k retirement plan, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
