About the Role
As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and families, ensuring that they receive the support and resources they need to achieve their goals. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective intake and referral processes, and will be responsible for tracking and monitoring referrals and waitlists.

Key Responsibilities
Provide courteous and timely customer service to clients and families
Initiate and complete all administrative paperwork, including the Client Intake Packet
Ensure that intake paperwork meets quality assurance standards and is prepared for entry into the client chart
Respond to all intake calls and voicemails within two business days
Orient clients to service availabilities, rights, and responsibilities
Ensure client ID is assigned, documented, and entered into any and all databases and relevant systems

Requirements
High school degree or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
At least 2 years of clerical experience
Bilingual skills in Spanish-English required
Microsoft Office proficient (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, as required
Ability to organize, prioritize and work under extreme work pressure, heavy workloads and deadlines
Positive attitude and work ethic
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Must be team oriented
