Bon Secours Mercy Health Youngstown is seeking a skilled pulmonary critical care physician to join our team in covering inpatient and outpatient pulmonary services at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. The ideal candidate will be board certified or board eligible.
We have a robust lung nodule program/clinic with advanced bronchoscopy procedures, including cryotherapy, bronchial thermoplasty, and PleurX catheter. Our team provides APC and stent services upon request.
Our thoracic surgery service is supportive and provides robotic lobectomy and minimal invasive surgery for early-stage lung cancer. Our medical intensive care unit is fast-paced and growing, with opportunities to work with a large residency program.
The center offers a range of services to aid in the rapid diagnosis and efficient treatment of lung issues, including:

In collaboration with the Mercy Health Department of Research, our center participates in multicenter clinical trials investigating new treatments for lung issues.
