Job Summary

Crestview Operations LLC is seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our team. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents as ordered and under the direction of the attending physician, adhering to established nursing standards and local procedures.
  • Prepare, administer, and document medications accurately and safely, ensuring all necessary forms and charts are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all medications are properly labeled, returned, and reordered, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
  • Communicate effectively with charge nurses, directors, and administrators to ensure seamless resident care.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current licensure as a Certified Medication Aide in the state is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of medical abbreviations, symbols, and terms for medication administration is essential.
  • Ability to accurately measure, record, and report vital signs is necessary.
