Administrative Coordinator for Restaurant Operations

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Gecko Hospitality in Omaha, NE. This role will provide administrative support to our restaurant operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $27.50 per hour, with a competitive industry range of $25 to $30 per hour. The total annual salary would be approximately $57,200 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek.
Job Description:
This Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, checks, employee tips, and payroll via QuickBooks. Additionally, they will maintain an accurate invoice statement system, place and answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries. They will also greet and direct guests, maintain the calendar, arrange appointments, coordinate employee on-boarding, complete expense reports, retrieve mail correspondence, and coordinate FedEx and UPS mailings.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Restaurant Administrative Assistant or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record of assisting the company to achieve solid financial results.
- A true desire to mentor and develop others.
- Honesty and integrity in all aspects of the job.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
