CoStar Realty Information, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead to develop solutions for the movement of data between systems, data storage, and data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software design, development, and implementation, with experience in Oracle ERP and Fusion Cloud. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to existing system integrations that improve performance and enhance operations.

The Technical Lead will also be responsible for analyzing new and acquired systems and developing functional and technical integrations. They will develop and maintain integration monitoring tools, alert notification, and performance metrics, including processing of integration exceptions and solutions.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM field, and at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in software design, development, testing, and implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing solutions to existing system integrations
  • Analyzing new and acquired systems and developing functional and technical integrations
  • Developing and maintaining integration monitoring tools, alert notification, and performance metrics
  • Processing integration exceptions and solutions
