Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Cardiology Diagnostic Team Lead to join our team at Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group. As a key member of our diagnostic team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cardiology diagnostic department, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional service.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of diagnostic technicians in providing electrocardiograms (EKGs), Holter monitor exams, and stress tests
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Serve as a liaison between management, staff, and physicians to resolve routine matters and improve communication
  • Mentor and train new employees on technical procedures and protocols
  • Assist with implementation and education of department-based safety initiatives and standards of practice
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician performing EKGs, Holter monitor applications, and stress tests
  • Certification in EKG technology or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits:

Our competitive salary range is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
