Home Health and Hospice Caregivers
As a skilled and compassionate registered nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Our team at Amedisys is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients.
Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and education on self-care techniques.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and promote patient health.
Qualifications:
Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
One year of clinical experience as an RN. If less than one year clinical experience, you must be approved by VP of clinical.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
