Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Expert to join our team in a role that demands high standards of food preparation and service. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the handling and preparation of food while adhering to strict food safety requirements and quality control protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation and Handling
• Prepare high-quality meals that meet our stringent food safety and quality standards
• Locate and select recipes that align with our culinary objectives
• Assist in ordering ingredients and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages

Quality Control and Assurance
• Conduct daily quality control checks to ensure adherence to food safety regulations
• Implement corrective actions to address any non-compliance issues

Team Collaboration and Communication
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to resolve any operational issues

Requirements:
This role requires a minimum of one year of experience in food preparation and handling, preferably in a healthcare setting. A high school diploma or GED is also required for this position.

Benefits:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
