Job Summary

We're seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse to join our team. As a LPN, you'll deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents
  • Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
  • Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with current state license
  • Current/active CPR certification
  • Prior long term care experience preferred
