Production Team Coordinator

As a Production Assistant with MACH Resources, you will be an organized, self-starter who will be supporting a fast-paced field office.
The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently translate concepts and ideas as a liaison between field personnel, Accounting and other operating teams.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
The Production Assistant will be responsible for designing, building, and distributing various production, variance and exception-based reporting.
- Design and build reports using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, OneNote, Outlook and Word.
- Coordinate between teams and departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform routine clerical activities such as handling invoices, tracking payments, and fleet management.
- Work with corporate and field teams to develop and implement processes that drive efficiency and accuracy for the organization.
- Ability and willingness to learn new areas and competencies.
