As a Production Assistant with MACH Resources, you will be an organized, self-starter who will be supporting a fast-paced field office.

The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently translate concepts and ideas as a liaison between field personnel, Accounting and other operating teams.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

The Production Assistant will be responsible for designing, building, and distributing various production, variance and exception-based reporting.

Design and build reports using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, OneNote, Outlook and Word.
Coordinate between teams and departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform routine clerical activities such as handling invoices, tracking payments, and fleet management.
Work with corporate and field teams to develop and implement processes that drive efficiency and accuracy for the organization.
Ability and willingness to learn new areas and competencies.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on the location and requirements of the job.
