Job Summary: The Business Inclusion Specialist at the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote business inclusion and diversity throughout the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $77,193 - $105,024 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with diverse businesses and organizations to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancing business inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to employees on business inclusion best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, management, or related field or eight years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree required.
