Compensation Package

The anticipated base compensation rate for this role is $25.55 - $33.53 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Keep in mind that this position may require flexibility with hours, and overtime pay will be calculated accordingly.

About the Role

This Clinical Care Specialist position provides direct patient care service on a patient-centered care unit as determined by the patient's plan of care and supervised by a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting and possess basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems.

Required skills and qualifications include a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency, current Basic Life Support Provider certification issued by American Heart Association, and working knowledge of departmental equipment needed to safely and successfully perform duties.

  • Prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting
  • Basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems
  • Current Basic Life Support Provider certification issued by American Heart Association
