Lubrication Technician

At McKenna Motor Company, Inc., we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lubrication Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' vehicles by performing lubrication services and other related tasks.

• Perform all lubrication services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and other related tasks.
• Responsible for removing, installing, diagnosing, repairing, disassembling, and assembling parts, components, and engines.
• Performs all duties according to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Works under immediate supervision and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
• Lubricate entire car while looking for other items that may need repair.
• Ensure that the customer's car is kept clean.

Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in the area of specialty.
• Requires 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
