Lubrication Technician

At McKenna Motor Company, Inc., we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lubrication Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' vehicles by performing lubrication services and other related tasks.
- Perform all lubrication services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and other related tasks.
- Responsible for removing, installing, diagnosing, repairing, disassembling, and assembling parts, components, and engines.
- Performs all duties according to safety procedures and guidelines.
- Works under immediate supervision and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- Lubricate entire car while looking for other items that may need repair.
- Ensure that the customer's car is kept clean.
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in the area of specialty.
- Requires 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

- Moving about the dealership to assist sales/service department.

- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Moving vehicles.

- Other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- Extreme hot and/or cold.
