About the Role:

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Metasys Controls, Design/Build Mechanical Retrofit offerings, Open Blue digital solutions, and Planned Service Agreements to building owners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Sell Johnson Controls' offerings persuasively, persistently, and confidently to building owners at the D & C-level while reaching optimal profit levels within assigned opportunities and accounts.">
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets in annual Prime Retrofit sales within assigned accounts and markets and meet assigned margin targets.">
  • Build partnering relationships with owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of all Johnson Controls HVAC related solutions and offerings.">
  • Address customer operational and environmental objectives, needs, and requirements by recommending solutions that link customer objectives to total value solution and competitive advantage.">
  • Collaborate across domains (JCI Fire and Security) to identify and close HVAC opportunities.">

About You:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC Controls sales or related industry experience.">
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the HVAC industry.">
  • Experience selling advanced analytics and integrated digital solutions.">
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business.">
  • Professional interpersonal communication and collaborative skills.">
  • Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications and various reporting tools and systems including financial, market share Salesforce and BI tools.">

What We Offer:

This role offers a competitive base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus target incentive earnings based on performance. A comprehensive benefits package is also included.
