Job Overview

Position: Customer Experience Agent (Call Center)

Note: Availability for weekend shifts and extended hours may be necessary. Options for four-day, ten-hour shifts are available.

Compensation: $16.00-$19.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonuses after a probationary period.

Work Environment: This role is office-based.

The AirCo team seeks enthusiastic, self-driven, and positive individuals who can deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients. Our customers should feel the warmth of our service through every interaction.

Operating Hours: Our service hours are Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Candidates must be flexible to work various shifts within this timeframe.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive demeanor
  • Strong work ethic
  • Professional and engaging communication skills
  • Customer service experience with excellent follow-up abilities
  • Reliable attendance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with the construction and HVAC sectors is preferred
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries
  • Make outbound calls (no cold calling involved)
  • Schedule service and maintenance appointments
  • Process rebate claims
  • Register HVAC equipment
  • Maintain communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Dispatch technicians based on customer requirements
  • Verify and invoice daily work orders for accuracy
  • Follow up with customers regarding completed and outstanding jobs to ensure satisfaction
  • Meet month-end deadlines
