Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Autism Therapist to join our team at GREAT EXPECTATIONS ABA LLC. As an Autism Therapist, you will work directly with children with autism spectrum disorder, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities:
  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans written by BCBAs consistently
  • Work closely with lead BCBAs and other staff to ensure clients achieve behavior goals set forth in behavior support plans (BSPs)
  • Assist in client assessments and provide data for analysis
  • Serve as a direct support role, consulting BCBAs regularly for additional support
  • Meet regularly with BCBAs to address program changes and further training

Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of 40 hours of training based on the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Task List and successful exam completion
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and sexual registry check
  • Excellent public, employee, client, and agency relation skills
  • Demonstrate excellent client service under challenging conditions
  • Able to take constructive criticism on performance from supervisors
  • History of making reliable decisions and effectively communicating with others

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
