Location: San Antonio, TX

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating a positive patient experience by providing exceptional support and service.

Responsibilities

  • Update and verify patient information upon each visit.
  • Build rapport with patients by remembering their names, interests, and stories.
  • Address patient concerns, respect boundaries, and provide sensitive support.
  • Ensure a seamless patient journey by providing support and compassion.
  • Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/ GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.

Job: Full-time hour shifts)

Office Hours: Monday-Friday: 6 am-8 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm
