Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel nuclear medicine technologist for a challenging assignment in the southeastern United States.

Job Overview

This 13-week position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide critical diagnostic imaging services at a hospital or imaging center. As a mobile nuclear medicine technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for testing by administering radioactive drugs and operating equipment under the supervision of a physician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer radioactive drugs to patients undergoing nuclear medicine testing
  • Operate nuclear medicine equipment to capture diagnostic images
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and test results
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least one year of recent experience in a relevant setting and specialty. ARRT/NMTCB certification and BLS certification (AHA) are also required. Current state licensure may be necessary depending on the location of the assignment.
