Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified ICC Certified Commercial and Residential Building Inspector to join our team in the Marshall, TX area. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections of residential, commercial, industrial, and other buildings during and after construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of buildings to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Identify and report any defects or hazards found during inspections.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Stay current with industry developments and updates to building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• ICC Certification(s) in Commercial and Residential Building Inspection.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building inspection or a related field.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Texas Plumbing Inspector License highly desirable.
