Business Development Representative

At Woodford Plywood, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and relationship-building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales execution and customer engagement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
