Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Table Games Dealer to join our team at WarHorse Casino. As a key member of our gaming floor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a professional and efficient environment.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent service and has a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with other dealers, supervisors, and support staff to ensure seamless game play and maximize guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Game Operations: Deal blackjack and carnival games with precision and speed, ensuring that all games run smoothly and according to company standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language to convey information and resolve conflicts.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other dealers, supervisors, and support staff to achieve common goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and be willing to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven proficiency in math, ability to differentiate between different cheque colors and values, and working knowledge of applicable table games and their rules and regulations.
  • Certifications: Ability to secure and maintain a NE Gaming License is required.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
