**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Support Professional to join our sales team at Alltex Staffing & Personnel. This role will provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, greeting vendors, customers, and visitors, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, faxing, copying, and filing.
- Manage daily internal and external mail, reviewing and responding accordingly.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as preparing sales quotations and purchase orders in computer systems.
- Resolve customer requests, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
**Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage documents and spreadsheets.
- Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
