Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients
  • Assess and address patient acuity ratings
  • Perform nursing procedures, including administering medications and observing patient physical condition
  • SUPERVISE patient activities, inspect facilities, and identify security breaches
  • Respond to emergency situations and apply Therapeutic Strategies and Interventions (TSI)

Requirements

  • Possession of a valid California Registered Nurse license
  • Retirement from State Civil Service
  • Ability to work within a secure treatment area

This position offers a competitive salary of $9,233.00 - $11,005.00 per year, paid holidays, medical benefits, and a defined benefit retirement program. We also offer a Savings Plus Program (401(k), 457), Commute Program, Employee Wellness Program, and Employee Assistance Program.
