Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
• Provide exceptional patient care, including counseling on new therapy and as requested by patients or required by practice or state regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the facility to identify and address problems with inventory flow.
• Develop and implement plans to improve team knowledge and focus on patient safety and risk reduction.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
• U.S. pharmacy related experience.
