Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with All Ways Caring HomeCare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist nurses with various basic care activities, including dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and vital sign monitoring
• Provide personal care and support to clients, including toileting, oral care, nail care, and catheter care
• Assist clients with mobility, including transfers, turns, and transportation
• Report any changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

Requirements:

• Certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Care Aide
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and utilize proper body mechanics
• Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
