Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans to patients. Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
  • Evaluate and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
  • Complete all required documentation.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
  • Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable.

Pay Range

$58.00 - $65.00 per hour.
