**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Comfort Consultant to join our team. As an HVAC Comfort Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customers with options, design, and education in the sale of replacement HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presents HVAC system replacement options
  • Presents financing options
  • Learns One Hour sales system and ethical practices
  • Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor
  • Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
  • Wears floor savers while in the client's home
  • Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
  • Develops proposals and contracts for residential service agreements.
  • Positively and credibly influences service strategies with homeowners
  • Effectively writes and presents proposals
  • Negotiates value and addresses resistance and closes the sale
  • Participates in all company-sponsored training classes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years in-home sales experience required
  • HVAC trade experience a plus
  • Must display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
  • Clean driving record
  • Knowledge of HVAC field concepts, practices, best practices, procedures, tools, and equipment
  • Strong relationship-building skills, client-driven and disciplined
