JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Flexo Press Operator to join our team on both shifts at Print Connections.

This role involves setting up and operating a high-speed Flexo press, ensuring it runs at optimal speeds without supervision. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for troubleshooting machines, performing quality checks, and making adjustments as needed to maintain their functionality. This position requires flexibility in work hours, as the business cycle and customer volume may demand extended working hours beyond the standard day.

A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum reflects the demands and expectations of this role. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills in color tone control, doctor blade chamber assembly, and press speed optimization. Additionally, you will oversee the training of a press assistant and direct them in completing responsibilities.
