About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring that our clients' products and services are showcased in the best possible light.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote our clients' offerings
- Work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and revenue
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 0-3 years of experience in retail and/or customer service
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- An extroverted and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Our estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
