Job Title: Seasonal Tax Prepare

We are seeking a Seasonal Tax Prepare to join our team, working at least 25 hours per week from January through April at our office in Lititz, PA or Leola, PA.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with or perform preparation of Form 1040 for individual and small business tax returns
  • Prepare 1099 government forms
  • Organize client's financial statements and workpapers
  • Manage workflows through different points of the work production cycle
  • Assist with special accounting projects as needed
Requirements
  • Commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week throughout the internship
  • Enrollment in a post-secondary institution or recently graduated
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic PC skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Ability to work both independently and under direct supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to follow directions
