Employee Benefits Account Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Coordinator to join our Employee Benefits department and support our growing client base. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experts in the insurance industry to deliver exceptional benefits solutions and build a rewarding career.

- Competitive salary range of $45,000-$50,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Support client retention by maintaining a positive image and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with creating open enrollment guides, finalizing client presentations, and gathering information from internal departments and vendor partners.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Run reports from carrier systems, enter client information into our agency management system, and export data as required.
- Prepare client-facing proposals and documents, and assist with tracking data and changes.
- Actively engage in learning and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:
- Open to obtaining a Life and Health license with agency support.
- Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Employee Navigator preferred, but not required.
- Ability to quickly learn multiple software systems and prioritize tasks effectively.
