Job Summary:

Hunterdon Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through the application of evidence-based practice, focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience within the framework of Shared Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate total care
  • Document patient care
  • Maintain professional development through ongoing education and training
  • Education of patients and families
  • Patient advocacy
  • Maintain patient safety

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • One year of acute care experience
  • Current NJ RN licensure and American Heart Association CPR certification
  • Preferred: Certification in specialty

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
