About the Role

Experis is seeking a skilled Health Coach to join their team in Columbia, SC. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $20/hour.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering health interventions and coaching telephonically or in person for assigned health programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing health coaching and assisting with program development
  • Facilitating health management initiatives with a focus on improving patient outcomes and program participation

The ideal candidate will have experience working with health plans, Medicare populations, and/or low-income populations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential for this role.

Key Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

  • Reside in South Carolina and within two hours of the client location
  • Have prior experience with health plan operations or familiarity with Medicare or low-income population health management

This opportunity offers a remote work environment after a 4-week onsite orientation. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM. Daily tasks include outbound calls for outreach, educating members about plan benefits, and assisting with Social Determinants of Health questionnaires.
