Night Warehouse Operations Director

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Night Warehouse Operations Director to lead our night warehouse operations and oversee all departmental objectives.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving safety, service, and cost targets in the department, planning and executing short- and mid-term department objectives, and participating in strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience in warehouse management and a broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods, and procedures. They will also possess strong leadership, communication, and people development skills, as well as the ability to interpret financial and operational data.

A HACCP certification and/or PCQI certification are considered a plus. The selected candidate will work closely with the VP of Operations to drive associate engagement and retention, create a culture that embodies US Foods values, and achieve zero-error benchmark on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $140,000 per year, depending on relevant experience and/or education.
