Salary: $25,000 - $30,000 per year (based on location)

Job Description:

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our team as Party Hosts. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless events and maintaining a safe environment for our guests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Event Execution: Oversee party arrangements, manage timelines, and ensure all necessary materials are in place.
  • Guest Experience: Create memorable experiences by being approachable, friendly, and attentive to the needs of our guests.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized park environment, facilitating efficient transitions between events.
  • Safety Protocols: Enforce park regulations, jumping rules, and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure atmosphere.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with parents and children by actively listening, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

 

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, reliable transportation, and a completion of our in-house safety training. Previous work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
