AP Analyst

Ascentan Llc is seeking a highly skilled AP Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with supplier authorization requests, ERP systems, and accounts payable processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and acting on supplier authorization requests, as well as maintaining supplier data records and responding to audit requests. The AP Analyst will also be responsible for staying current on IRS regulations and forms to ensure company compliance with record requests. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. If you have experience with Peoplesoft and/or SAP and/or accounts payable processing, we encourage you to apply. As a remote worker, you will be provided with a company laptop and VPN access, as well as virtual training.
