Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at the University of Rochester. As a Respiratory Therapist - Asthma and Pulmonary Specialist, you will work closely with pulmonary specialists to provide exceptional care to patients with asthma and lung disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform highly specialized Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)
- Assist with clinical operations, including oxygen qualification and coordination of durable medical equipment
- Teach patients and families about inhaler use
Requirements:
- Registration in Respiratory Therapy
- 2-3 years of related work experience
