Job Summary

Aspire Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics on HVAC systems to identify issues and root causes.
  • Repair and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan.
  • Maintain positive client relations by providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively throughout the service process.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Residential HVAC technician.
  • Possession of EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
  • Ability to generate 5-star reviews from customers.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check.
