Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in patient condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
