Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in General Surgery/Trauma-B3 department. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and special tests, while maintaining accurate documentation according to company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Assesses and evaluates patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
    • Applies sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
    • Provides primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
    • Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
    • Directs and guides ancillary personnel and maintains standards of professional nursing.


Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you must have:
  • • A Graduate degree from a professional academic nursing program.
    • Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
    • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
    • Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
    • Knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools and techniques.

About Compensation:
The estimated hourly range for this position is $34.69. This rate reflects the market value for a skilled and experienced RN in the region.
