Steel Installation Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Steel Installation Supervisor to join our team based out of St. Louis, covering the central US region.
This role requires an individual with strong installation experience, leadership skills, and a passion for building things. You will work with your colleagues to install support columns, runways, crane bridges, hoists, and controls, ensuring all parts are present, and using your skills to connect, bolt, and weld steel components to create the finished product.

Key Responsibilities- Laying out steel components and ensuring all parts are present
- Using mechanical and electrical skills to connect, bolt, and weld steel components
- Leading a team on install work, providing guidance and support where needed
- Traveling to client sites, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver projects on time
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in steel installation
- Minimum 1 year of leading a team on install work
- Mechanical and electrical skills, including reading blueprints and schematics
- The ability to travel to client sites and work well in a team environment
- Experience with overhead cranes and hoists
- Welding aptitude (a strong benefit)
