Clinical Educator, LPN

Full-time Days

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at Nashua Ambulatory Clinics. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper onboarding and professional development of Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs).

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a centralized orientation program for new hire LNAs
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new unit-based LNA hires
  • Coordinate ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for LNAs
  • Continuously monitor and support continuous process improvements for the onboarding and orientation processes
  • Facilitate ongoing educational initiatives, including nursing orientation and preceptor education

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited LPN program required
  • 2 years of education or professional development preferred
  • 3 years of clinical experience in identified specialty
  • Excellent informatics, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely verbally and in writing

Required Licensure/Certifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse with NH eligibility
  • Basic Life Support certification
