Environmental Conservation Specialist

A-C-T Environmental & Infrastructure seeks a highly motivated Environmental Scientist to join our team. As an Environmental Scientist, you will play a key role in collecting and analyzing environmental data, developing plans to manage pollution, and conducting technical investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys and sampling programs to collect data on air, soil, water, and other environmental media
• Analyze samples and data using various scientific methods and tools
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate environmental hazards and promote sustainability
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Design and implement remediation projects, including conventional and innovative technologies for cleanup and removal of hazardous wastes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or science-related field
• Master's degree in natural sciences or science-related field desirable
• Three to five years' experience in a production or research environment
• Project management experience a plus

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
