Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Paris Regional Health, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our community. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your specialized skills and experience in an inpatient rehab setting.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary with shift differentials: $3.50 for evening shifts, $4.00 for night shifts, and $3.50 for weekend shifts. Additionally, you will be eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible-spending and health-savings accounts, paid time off, and extended illness bank package for full-time employees.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and leveraging cutting-edge technology to improve patient outcomes. Your expertise as a RN will enable you to develop and implement individualized plan-of-care interventions, promoting exceptional patient journeys.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have graduated from an accredited nursing school and possess a current state RN license. Basic Life Support certification is required, and ACLS certification is preferred.
